STAFF TEAM

SERVANTS OF JESUS
Our staff team combines trauma-informed expertise, deep compassion, and hands-on ministry experience to serve women facing exploitation, trafficking, addiction, crisis, and homelessness across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We take a highly relational approach—meeting women where they are, building trust over time, and offering practical support, prayer, referrals, and consistent follow-up.

Together, our team leads outreach, volunteer training, casework support, resource coordination, discipleship, and crisis response. Every interaction is grounded in evidence-based trauma care, a commitment to safety and dignity, and the hope of the Gospel. Our staff share a common purpose: to help women move from survival to stability and, ultimately, freedom.

HOW WE LEAD

Our leadership team is committed to serving women with wisdom, trauma-informed insight, and unwavering hope. We go where others don’t, build relationships others don’t have time for, and stay consistent long after the crisis moment has passed. We partner with trusted local organizations, steward resources responsibly, and ensure that every part of this ministry reflects the heart of Christ.

Trauma-Responsive Care

We base our decisions and strategies on proven trauma-informed principles—prioritizing safety, calming the nervous system, building trust, and supporting long-term stabilization for women in crisis.

Consistent Relational Ministry

We don’t show up once; we show up consistently. Our staff and volunteers build ongoing relationships that allow women to experience dignity, community, and the hope found in Christ.

Stewardship With Integrity

Our leadership operates with financial transparency, strong governance, and a commitment to stewarding every dollar toward the mission with excellence.

Evidence-Based Practice

Our approach integrates the best of trauma science, crisis intervention, and relational care. We prioritize strategies that reduce harm, increase safety, and help women move from survival mode toward stability. Every touchpoint is grounded in methods shown to support long-term healing and transformation.

Partnership Over Isolation

We don’t reinvent the wheel. We collaborate with local nonprofits, churches, shelters, detox centers, mental health providers, and community partners to make sure women get comprehensive support. When a woman needs help, we connect her to help—and walk alongside her through every next step.

Reaching the Women Others Miss

We intentionally go to the places where women feel forgotten—the hidden corners of our city. Our team earns trust over time, showing up with meals, prayer, practical help, and the message that their lives matter.
